Terms of Onboarding & Service

1. Introduction & Binding Agreement

Welcome to Fund Investment Group (hereafter referred to as "FIG", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our investment management website, dashboard systems, onboarding portals, and capital placement services.

By establishing an active investor profile, executing an Onboarding Agreement, or submitting an application, you fully acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our dashboard or committing capital to our programs.

2. Investor Eligibility & Accredited Status

FIG operates under strict regulatory constraints. Our services are intended solely for qualified and accredited investors as defined under global financial authorities (such as the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Singapore MAS, or European ESMA).

By applying for access, you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the accredited investor threshold of your home jurisdiction (e.g. net asset value exceeding $1,000,000 USD excluding primary residence, or annual income exceeding $200,000 USD).
• Your investment funds are derived from legal and verified corporate or private operations.
• You possess the financial sophistication and tolerance for capital volatility required for alternative investments.

3. Account Management & Security

Authorized investors receive a dedicated account and live portal login. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login codes, password, and two-factor authentication (2FA) device nodes. FIG is not liable for unauthorized transaction execution arising from account credential leakage on your end.

Any suspected account security breach must be reported immediately to our Security Desk (recovery@fundinvestmentgroup.com).

4. Capital Commitments & Withdrawals

All committed investment capital is held in segregated client accounts with licensed custodian banking depositories. Principal allocations are governed by the following timelines:

1. Lock-In Period: Genesis, Meridian, and standard portfolios are subject to a strict 3-month lock-in period, during which the principal allocation cannot be withdrawn.
2. Processing SLA: Withdrawal requests submitted post lock-in settle according to plan tiers: Genesis (5–7 business days), Meridian (3 business days), Apex (24 business hours).
3. Profit Distributions: Calculated profit shares are distributed to account balances monthly, and can be reinvested or withdrawn at any time.

5. Fee Structure & Performance Alignment

FIG operates on a performance-aligned fee model consisting of an Annual Management Fee (fractionally deducted monthly based on total assets under management) and a Performance Fee (calculated against net trading profit above the high-water mark).

All fees are transparently displayed inside your investor dashboard and are automatically deducted prior to profit payouts. Management fees remain active during zero-profit months to cover custodian banking overheads.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets

All intellectual property, proprietary quant screening models, custom layout codes, and emblem emblems displayed on this platform are owned by Fund Investment Group. Unauthorized replication or extraction of brand elements for commercial usage is strictly prohibited.
